actually way easier than expected. I also plan to do more but this definitely helped.
I used 6 washers. I only did 3 each side because it still left enough threads on the front bolts to anchor to the floor, it brought the front up, in turn leaning the seat to angle me better. I was able to actually lean the back of my seat up. I went from looking out of the top of the window, to the center.
What i plan on doing now that i've had some time to inspect it all is remove the seat and cut and angle the rear mount to be more of a straight angle. It seems to be at a height then lower down to the mount. Id like to cut the bump out and make it more of a direct angle to the floor mounting location. It will make the front more supportive with my legs as well as lower the seat just enough.

Finally wired my winch , it was easy I just kept putting it off. While I was a t work I had a balance , rotation and alignment done, steering still sucks. I need some UCA s too. Someone called my truck a land rover today, I politely educated him. Not that there's anything wrong with land rovers. He said he was wondering why it was the best looking rover he'd ever seen. He had a cool Chevy colorado with a 6 inch lift. Made my truck look low.

This. I wish it was easier to get a Radflo extended travel kit with LR UCAs and All Pro Offroad 3.5 coils in a kit instead of all separate.

Got my 255/80/17 km2's put on at Sears auto center
Also while wandering around the waiting area, I saw a display case and took a gander. I found one of those Cobra iRadar radar detectors that does laser/radar/speed cameras, etc.
I was looking at one online a few months ago but said no way because it was $150. I saw it on the shelf in a damaged box (the corner was torn) for $39.99. Couldn't say no! Got into the truck, opened the box up and the detector was mint! Couldn't be happier!

Got a great deal at sears too - 3 ton floor jack, stands, creeper for 70 bucks because it was "used".
I wonder how that detector will fair. My belltronics saved me at least two tickets today. Have you seen that thread about the home made blendmount mount for them? It looks really good and will save you 70 bucks.
Also don't know about the cobras, but in my build thread I wired up my radar detector a pretty cool way, putting the remote controls in a switch blank.

Those are some nice looking tires! Did you have to do much work to fit them?
Off topic, but is there any reason your front plate is bent up? I've seen quite a few guys here post pictures with the plates all bent upwards in a similar fashion. Just curious.

I love sears! Went next door and swapped some ratchets. I have a thing for breaking gears inside ratchets haha
This actually only has mute and volume for the controls. It interfaces with my iPhone via Bluetooth so no need. It just needs power! Comes with a very low-profile mount anyway. Gotta hardwire my gps and this detector.

Thanks! Lots of trimming and stuff. I had 33" Duratracs before these 285/70/17. I liked those but I want skinny tires to get better mileage.
As for my plate, what happens is when you ford deep water, it bounces off the radiator and bends up your license plate, usually a 90 degree angle so the plate can be used as cup holder haha. I meant to bend it back but I haven't taken the plate off yet. I just push it down and I can live with it. I'm getting a steel bumper sorta soon so it'll be good then haha

Did you sell the duratrac's? It'll be interesting to see if you notice any real difference in fuel mileage savings. My understanding was that the additional unsprung weight causes the mpg decrease, not the width of the tires.
