Needs one more clear coat since there's still a few rough spots and I need to fit the mesh a little better, the corner is a little screwey

Then time for the final fitment and screwing in the mesh/emblem

its an 09 so the switch is behind the 12volt outlets

Where did you get your double 120V plugs insert to the left of your shifter? Thx!

What? WHy would they have to cut out the 6x9s? DO you ahve JBL?

non jbl. They told me I would have to get an adapter and blah blah blah and told me they would not work on my truck as it would require "custom" work to make I guess 6x5 speakers work and doing so would make the tweeter sit at a angle. I have no idea so I'm still driving on my busted system

tell them not to touch it.. replace them with aftermarket speakers.
look at it as a chance to upgrade you audio system.:music:

I guess, I don't mind "upgrading" I just want to be able to meet a minimum of OEM sound quality. At this point I just want something that works.

either this or buy my 6x9 OEM speaker

shoot me a price for two front ones.........

took the lady out to look at more houses....and she fell in love with one. wasn't really planning on making any offers until the fall but this one is pretty bad ass and in our price range.

so it looks like most future mod plans will be put on hold very soon lol

So the audio shop told me that my speakers are shot. At least the passenger side sonce the driver side doesnt work. They also told me that they would have to cut out the stock 6x9 speakers as well. Anyone else have this issue before? I was thinking about using a tacotunes adaptor to run "x" speakers in my truck and see how that works unless anyone has better ideas on how to address this issue.

i have the plastic tacotunes 6 1/2 adapters up in the front and all i can say is that they are freaken awesome!!! but the only down side is tacotunes customer service.... it was a pain to order adapters took almost 3 to 4 months to get everything shipped to my house...

Started switching the power steering fluid (which is sort of a clear, dirty yellow color) to Redline D4 ATF with the suction/refill method. I did this on my last truck and it worked wonders!

Oh wow, now I know what kind of mess that makes ( [MENTION=71123]toyota4[/MENTION] ). I assumed brake fluid because it looks like a bleeder valve cap in the little puddle under the hub. When's the truck gonna be done? Looking forward to seeing completed pics of that beast.

Went to Blackwater National Forest yesterday to do some exploring and had to cross a flooded road leading to the park entrance.

Got in it after work....

Found a F****** HUGE spider and web in the passenger footwell.

Almost torched the truck.

So today I vacuumed my interior and cleaned everything all nice and pretty. Praying for no spider babies

I've had a spider living on my truck for a few weeks now, he can stay, he's on the outside. He builds a web connecting my rear passenger tire to the wheel well every night. Just took these pics 5 minutes ago, just drove down the shore yesterday in the pouring rain...
