What did you do with your 4runner today?

I'm hoping your correct. This is a new (used) purchase and I'm learning the dark side of the 4th gen's as I read through the forums.:twitch:

I agree momo. My 3rd gen has been great and will serve my daughter for years to come. I got a pretty good deal on the 4th gen but that is due to the maintenance that was needed. While performing maintenance I found that the previous owner had been out playing in the mud so I have some clean up to do.
I like to get off-road and play but believe in cleaning everything up quickly. :biggrin2:

Have thought about it but but either way i want to replace my lights. There is some fogging on the inside of my lens but it isn't moisture. The way i sealed them, after blackening them, there would be no way to easily pull them apart

I have that too on one side, luckily I didn't add any extra silicone so I'll probably open them up and clean the inside lens with Windex or something. Any idea what that's from? I can only see it when I'm close.

I actually think it is from the silicone itself. That is what i had used to seal mine.:moping:

But seriously I'm fixing to take off the steps and roof rails and shoot them black. I have the sport so the roof rails are that silverish looking color and the steps have faded from black.

Well I took my rack off for nothing. I don't have the right hex to take the rails off. Anyone know exactly what size hex it takes? My set only goes up to t25.

Cleaned my headlights with a little blue magic and must say it was totally worth the $8...they almost look new!!!!
