Differential talk makes my brain hurt. I wanna go to ECGS for a locker or just some gears. Eventually I'm gonna upgrade to 60's front and rear, so I don't wanna dump too much cash into lockers for the 8" stock 3rd members. Lockers for the rear axle are $1,500 roughly with a regear, when I can pay a little more than twice that for a Dana 60 with a 9.75" rear end, whatever gear ratio I want, with an ARB locker. I'm gonna go that route. I've been fine open-open for the last 3 years lol. Moar skinny pedal!

Remove front bumper. Remove valance piece. Sand smooth. Prime and paint. Reinstall and voila!

On road is great, its also pretty quiet. The only thing i can say is MPG died with them, but thats because its a mud terrain. I love these tires though. ive had them on the last three vehicles. They last forever.

they're 31.9s. I do not want taller. I ripped out my front liner in Pismo. I cant imagine how people fit 285s on this set up. Just doesnt fit what i do and how i use it.

out:FWIW I have 265/75/16's and i rub like crazy too. I may wind up doing a 1/2" BL or something. I may even rub the body mount at lock-n-flex

I have 255/80/17's and I don't rub at all... I also don't have a full 3" of lift, but I do have a body lift.... So never mind lol

dnw rough ride for another inch. It rides like glass right now. I measure 39" all the way around.
