Replacing the cabin air filter is where I would start if it hasn't been done in a while....:thumb:

also i believe I've read somewhere that the glue in which holds the foam trim on the vents inside the vent holes as well as the foam itself is know to break down over time causing a mold/mildew smell. Not sure what the remedy has been for this. febreez and lysol help a lot I've also put dryer sheets in my cabin filter to help the smell

Ha, I actually had to look that up. Everything was done by hand, so I probably would have gotten some better results with a porter cable

Try the cabin filter (I'm sure you already have), if not, have you thought about taking the blower motor out? Maybe it's dirty with crap (caked in dust/foam/etc) in it?

Got some new wheels, detailed the truck, and took it out for a little photo shoot. Thanks to LTDSC for the polish suggestion.
Detail process
- Wash
- Clay bar
- Wash
- Polish with Chemical Guys V36 (Stuff is amazing)
- Sealed with Sonax Polymer Net Shield
- Waxed with Meguiars
Looks amazing. What wheels are those, Im really digging them.

Seriously, I wasn't aware you had to do this. I'll ask when I'm at the DMV this month getting the plates renewed. $111 last year, $83 this year.

Thanks! The wheels are the latest Method wheels, the NV's. They have a concave look and really add some depth.

I never thought much about it since I had the title but I was reading if the title was ever lost it would be a pain as it would get sent to the lien holder since they were still on file with the DMV. Strange thing is we payed off my wife's 06' Matrix and the 04' 4runner at the same time in 07'. Both were purchased at the same dealer though mine was purchased in 03' financed through Toyota and hers purchased in 06' financed through B of A, her title came with no lien holder info printed on it. I think they do some kind of electronic title now and once the note is payed off they inform DMV who then issues a paper title with no lien info. Anyways, piece of mind for $15 not ever having to track down and have a new title signed off if I ever lost the original.
Yeah, and I thought it was cold when it was like 50 this morning in HB...

Thankfully I have an insulated garage. The temp gauge showed 55* or so when I backed out.

Nothing I worked on, but Received my Yellow HIDs Courtesy of LTDSC(Thank you Sir!!! for your generosity) ... AND..
My GOBY Ladder(Thanks again chudiddy)!!! I'd show you guys a picture but it's still in the box lol
Trying to piece a few more things before it gets installed...
PS: I was thinking of starting a build thread but I don't think in the end, I will have enough significant items to support a thread of my own.. So for now, this is where I will show off my things lol

No you have to have a build thread. Every mod adds up. Trust me the last thing you want to do is make a build thread after years of mods......(NOT fun)

I appreciate the comments and support but, I don't think it will be as extent and as many mods as some of the guys here.. Which don't get me wrong, I love to admire...
Ahhh... Maybe I will, just for the heck of it.. lol
