New gasket on my leaky rear diff fill plug. Cleaned the mud out of my front sway bushings and replaced with grease. Installed sway bar relocate blocks, much more room to spare there now.

Alignment and tires next.

4lo, and the sounds you here is the ATRAC doing its wonderful thing! I had a tire in the air almost the whole time. I really need to get an inclinometer! Lol
The pause after getting up was me putting it back into 4hi to bomb the mud hole.

Nice the crawl control on our TE makes same noises some times they really are incredible machines!

I love the aggressive looks of the 5th Gen, just wish it had a V8 like the 4th gen. Maybe the 6th Gen will get one like rumored!
I'm still in disbelief of the capability of this thing!

Today I managed to replace my leaky Xreas @130k on my 03 SE. REplaced with 5100s n FJ springs. Also mounted my stealth lightbar. Too bad my harness and switch require some more custom work right now. I'll post pic later, exhausted.

V8 Hybrid

Took a lot of research, test and development but finally converted the 4.7 V8 over to a hybrid. Many will say that's too much money for the gas milage to improve from 17mpg to 18mpg, but the hybrid parking spaces at the mall are priceless, especially during the holiday season.

Build and they will follow. Parked the 4runner and came back a few hours later to this awesome hotrod flat grey Landcruiser.

did my rear diff breather mod. what a PIA it is to get to it, stupid spare tire in the way... also snaking the line to the gas cap area wasn't that easy either. anyways its done, i can go into water now lol.

I was thinking of pushing mine from the top down so I didn't have to snake it up.

HA! thats what i thought too, not happening...

ok here is a quick break down so you don't have to run back and forth like i did. The nipple on the diff for the stock breather is a 14mm. I don't remember what size the line is, i have it in my car. i'll post it later when i get to my car lol. the one from toyota that you change is a 12mm. they are both 1/8th npt.
when you make the hole on the top of the gascap rubber, the hose will end up in the compartment where the jack is.
You remove the jack and the tool leather, there will be a plug right behind where the tools are. you snake the hose down that way, thats the easiest way i could get it to go through.

that should be it.

its a 5/16th hose you gotta use, i used a few feet mainly because the route that i chose was kinda long. hope this info helps you guys when you do your breather mod. Also, when it helps to WD40 the nipple coming out of the diff, i tried pushing the hose dry and it was tuff, a little lube always helps lol. Needless to say, remember to ziptie the 5/16th hose to whatever it is that you can find, you dont want this hose to be chilling down there.

Installed new spark plugs. I have no idea why my mechanic and others have said it's difficult - 20 minutes beginning to end includes removing the airbag/filter.
