What did you do with your 4runner today?

Finished yesterday but started a week ago.

- Replaced the two bulbs behind the LCD display.
- New radiator, water pump, thermostat, coolant hoses, tensioner, 3 idler pulleys, belt, coolant.

Went up to CT to visit a fellow forum member yesturday and do the complete suspension overhaul! Also took it for a quick trail run to test it out.

Xreas and daystar are gone along with front swaybar and I cannot express how much better it is in every way and I haven't even driven it with an alignment yet.

Upfront..
Radflo 2.5 ext travel coil overs with adjustable remote resi's and 700lb coils
JBA ball joint upper control arms painted silver.
Front sway bar removed.

Out back..
Radflo 2.5 extended travel shocks with 5th gen radflo 2.0 rear coils and 1.5 spacers.
Skyjacker extended rear sway bar links

Looks really good man! Liking the JBA UCA's? I installed mine last weekend, and love them. Still need to get an alignment though.

How's the handling without the sway bar? Debating removing mine..

Thanks!! Jba's seem like an great product.. The giant balljoint seems solid and extremely easy to replace if ever caught up on the trail. Also parts sourcing couldnt be easier since its a GM part.
Getting the truck aligned this afternoon so ill keep you posted how those numbers come in..
Even without the alignment its a night and day difference from before. I really feel like I went out a bought a new truck. I cannot notice a difference in body roll without the sway bar on. I cornered fast a few times and it was just as good if not flatter then before. I believe that has alot to do with 700lb coils.
Also the skyjacker extender rear sway links are much more solid then stock and im sure that helps keep the truck planted.

Also, sag wagon support at the Keystone rest area. Our sag support said the 4Runner performed flawlessly, while the LR4 had a dead battery & needed to be jumped at every rest stop.

Got a turbo muffler and a dinky tip put on, the tip wasn't what I discussed with the exhaust guy, of course he was no where to be found when I picked my truck up. Sounds a million times better than the tiny flow master that was on it

Cleaned up my headlights.

I did the full 3M treatment with multiple steps of sandpaper about a year and a half ago with great results. I never UV sealed them though. So they had hazed up again. I kipped all the sandpapers this time and just used the polishing compound and it worked great!

I either need to seal them this time or expect to redo it every year.

so attempt 1 for the alignment got the geometry pretty close to good but of course the steering wheel was off by 1/4 turn.. so its going back on the rack wednesday. otherwise it feels great!

Updated floor Liners from Black Wheathertech from group buy.

I ordered 3 sets of black weathertech from group buy on 7/7/16 and got two sets yesturday 7/11/16 just waiting on Liner.

I have a few pictures to see the transformation.

First are a couple "before", then "after" of the drivers side.. front passenger and rear passenger

Recharged my AC system. Lost cool air on the drivers side only. The recharge fixed the problem and I'm hoping there wasn't more to it, but time will tell.

Also gave it a well deserved wash after a trip to the mountains.

PS. please excuse the unpainted weights, new tires and need to redo the wheels.

Gonna see if my buddy will weld all this on for me. Got the MagnaFlow 12586 muffler and a side exhaust tip. Looks good mocked up.
