Where did you get the OEM style compressor switch?

I just bought the same switch to replace the ARB switch. Was it tough to wire into the ARB harness?

Honestly, not sure.. Had a friend do the install for me, I don't think he used the arb harness though he told me he remade the harness completely as the ARB one leaves a lot to be desired.

Installed rear view camera so can easily see my hitch when backing up to trailer.

That’s an interesting camera install. Where did you get that one, and was it hard to install in that location? I’ve never taken the tailgate apart (yet).

I installed a Volant intake today, only to find that my T4R no longer stays running. It starts, but then dies in a few seconds with no codes. thought it was the MAF, cleaned it with no success, and went as far as to test with a replacement too, no success. I thought maybe I jogged the SAIP bypass loose, but I dont think so. Next is recleaning the throttle body, but it's real cold today and my hands already hate me.

Your ECU may just need to relearn itself. Try disconnecting the battery for a while to reset things. It'll probably run poorly for a bit, but should be better than just dying since it's starting off its new tables *with* the intake.

I dig it. That + a supercharger and some sticky tires would be the ultimate touge sleeper...Stock height 4Runners already handle great on backroads, so that'd be awesome.

Nothing matches now :lol: they couldn’t get it right in the second run so I had to bring them a physical example to match. I gave them the color codes and everything but they keep thinking copper is the same as bronze. At least the wheel shop is backing me on it.

Just gonna roll around like this until the powder coater gets it right.

What shop is this? SABS Houston is awesome. They have fixed a few wheels for me and never had any issues. AND, this is after 2 other shops said my Volks could not be repaired.

Looks great man. I used to want to lower my first 3rd gen back when it was my only car. But I scratched that itch after I got my S2000, then FD, CTR, IS300, Model 3... :lol:

Oh yeah I guess you missed my newer post but they got it right. The barrel is still copper-ish but its where it needs to be. It was Jace Auto. They made it right for sure.

I got a few things in the mail to finish some side projects. Would post but I'm still waiting on one component that has an arrival date of Jan 20-Feb 15th...

Talked to my mechanic about swapping out my dilapidated old XREAS for some new shocks and springs, maybe Dobinson's stuff, a modest 2/1 (ish) lift over stock.

Would you mind sharing where you got your backup camera? Is it an OEM camera or did you drill through the center and use an aftermarket camera? Hard to tell from the pics. Looks way better than a lot of the aftermarket cameras.

One of my headlights was a sauna, so I replaced both. While they were out I put some Lasfit LED bulbs in for the high and low beams and I put some yellow LED bulbs in the fogs.
