What did you do with your 4runner today?

Got my TRD Pro wheels and tires installed. I also installed 5100s and Toyotec front coils today. Has a slight reverse rake so I ordered OME 895Es today to lift the rear a little. Man...this thing drives so differently now with new tires and suspension. Getting rid of XREAS was messy!

Hoping I don't need UCAs. Don't really want to spend even more money! Need to align it still. Will get that done once I get the height straightened out.

This is absolutely on my list, but with a mtn bike grip. Just need to figure out a way to interface the two. I've got extra bars, just need an afternoon to put it all together! Great to see these though! Any problems getting to L gear?

Actually yes it won’t go lower than D at the moment [emoji1787] Need to adjust the height after work. I thought about using a MTB grip but I felt it would have been too tall. This one is about the same height as the factory shift knob.

That's my fear too, but hopefully a narrower grip will allow it to sit a little lower yet and still be able to slot to the lower gears

I replaced 3 bad bulbs in the HVAC controls with the ones below. I originally bought the bulbs for my wife's Odyssey and they also fit the 4runner. It will be nice to see my temp and fan buttons at night.

Maybe a grip that isn't a lock on but most grips are the same thickness regardless of what you get. My 7/8" OD adapter barely fits between the grooves in the 1st gear position BEFORE I trimmed it so definitely wouldn't clear with a grip on there as low as it sat before. I had to move the grip up like 3/4" and trim 3/4" off my adapter but it goes into first now. Sits a little higher but not too bad. The top isn't clamping anymore but thats ok, the ODI logo rotates :eyebrows: Send it!

nice! What company? I love mine. Took it out of winter hibernation last week and opened it up today to air it out before my trip this weekend!

Treeline Outdoors--once I saw them I knew I had to get one of theirs. Little bits and features that are just so well thought out. Shipping/duties from Canada was a tough pill to swallow, but life's too short I'd rather pay a little extra and get exactly what I want than live with lingering regret for compromising.

What someone else did to my 4Runnner today

Just got clipped from a fella turning from a middle lane in front of me. Good news is he had insurance info ready and the claim was started before I got out of work.
Headlight, foglight mounts cracked. Scrapes on the fender and bumper cover trashed.
I hate to get grey metallic paint matched from a shop so I'll see what they offer and maybe try to get a used bumper somewhere.
I just hope the fender isn't bent.
Ignore the rust on my battery terminal. It was a salty winter in Cincinnati.

I have a 265 70R17 under mine and I don't see how anything bigger would fit. There is about an inch of clearance on the pan hard bar and it's resting against the hitch.

I drove a rabbit across town. Seriously. I recently signed up to be a volunteer wildlife transporter through the Wildlife Resources & Education Network (WREN) and an injured rabbit needed treatment beyond what could be done at the Georgia Animal Project in Ball Ground, GA, which is near where I live. I drove it to a specialist in Decatur, which is about an hour away. Worked out well since I had some errands down that way anyway.

If you live in Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee and are interested in volunteering as a transporter, they're recruiting. The organization is a 501(c)3 so you can claim a deduction at 14 cents a mile, which is the charity rate.
