Looking throught some posts here, this thread should be renamed "What did you do TO your 4 runner."
After using a couple zip ties to try slowing the tide, I replaced my rear sway bar end link bushings. It took me a while to find the correct size for the Skyjacker SBE702 but alas my end links are whole again. It's not the perfect fit as the washers don't cup this as well, but they are slightly thicker which I imagine is better than not. I also found one of the eyelet sleeves is corroded/deformed so the obscure parts search continues.

Flushed out my power steering fluid and replaced the reservoir. Other than being dirty and yellowed it was fine. But it was making it harder to accurately see the fluid level so it had to go. It was a good excuse to use my new OEM Tools fluid extractor.
The two hoses have gotten a bit hard, but no immediate need to replace. I'll have to do them soon.

replaced the blower motor after it randomly died. was still getting 13v+ to the plug so it was pretty obvious. had to visit 3 parts stores to find one.
took about 10 minutes, awkward to get to the 3rd screw but just use a ratchet.
i had a clicking that I was positive was the ac servo that i had been putting off fixing, but i dont hear it anymore so maybe i got lucky.

Bought a new (to me) '07 Sports V8. 5 days later, I backed up onto a job-site, right in to a gas pipe that our excavator didn't completely remove. Punched a hole into my trunk hatch that was otherwise perfect. Well, applied some rust spray and slapped a Rising Sun sticker over it.
I also purchased all the necessary flux core welding equipment to learn a new skill for the future prospect of buying a Coastal Offroad front bumper real soon.

Winced when I saw the pic, at least spare tailgates should be easy to get hopefully.
Left turn signal was out, driving my sister-in-law around. this morning I checked and the socket had no bulb in it. I bought 2 and it would be behind the battery. got it working and the old bulb is in the headlight housing.

Replaced spare wheel carrier with OEM chain-based one
My mechanic recently pointed out that the steel cable holding up the spare wheel was starting to fray and I might eventually lose the wheel.
Today, he replaced it with this newer chain-based part 51900-60280, which supersedes the cable-based part 51900-35380.

I ordered it on eBay directly from Japan, and it arrived in Chicago after six days.

Seems to be a very solid upgrade.

What is the hydraulic cylinder below your sway bar, coming forward?
Cup holder lights have been out since I bought the truck like a decade ago and I finally got around to replacing them.
Used these LED bulbs from amazon:

Did the lazy method and just used a pair of needle nose pliers to pull the pigtail out of the small gap in the center console.
Cleaned the area too, it was nasty back there. So much grime built up that the clear window for the light was almost opaque

It's the air cylinder included with the sway disconnects. It helps keep the sway bar in place while disconnected, I believe.
