What is good everyday road PSI for Nitto Terra Grapplers 285 75 16's???

Got some new Nitto's after doing lift and not sure what psi to run at other than referring to door panels recommendations which may not apply with bigger tires now. I don't know? They put 35psi in them and tire says will take max 65psi cold. I drive my Runner about 60-100+ miles a day so looking for everyday road driving psi recommendations.

Depends on what your goal is. If you want to maintain the same load reserve that the Toyota engineers designed for the vehicle, you'd need to check the tire size and psi info on the door sticker to do a comparison. That new tire size gives you plenty of load reserve so you could skip that part and stay well in the ballpark by not going below low 30s. Play with it until you like the ride and handling. 35psi sounds like a real good number.

35lbs is a good universal number, regardless of car/tire/size/whatever. For better gas mileage try 40, more grip try 30.

Don't go too low. I think I'm at around 36 psi which is what I have run all my tires at. I noticed a good bit more "give" in the tires lateral motion when going around corners and on/off ramps. Not awful but I definitely cannot drive as fast now

I have 10k on my NTG's same size and normally run at 40PSI for daily driving but would play with it on yours but stick somewhere in the 35-40 range. Remember you can overinflate causing the center of the tire to wear out faster or under inflate which will cause the outer edges to wear faster.
