what is the part number for flowmaster 40 that fits 2002 4wd v6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:shrug:I cant believe that no where on this site there is no mention of the part number of the flowmaster 40 series that fits 3rd gens.
I am looking to buy the origonal 40 series for my 3rd gen and would like to know the part number so I could buy the rite exhaust.:shrug:

technically there is no wrong one they are all the same just make sure you get the one that is singel in and singel out unless u are doing dual exhaust.. Hope this helps i have welded on about 75 different exhaust systems..

Couldn't find a part number for the original 40 Series, but here's one for the 40 Series Delta Flow FLO-942542. Pretty much as long as it's center inlet with offset outlet then it will fit just fine, unless you need to add extra piping. And you can use either a 2.25" or 2.5" diameter but I would personally go with the 2.5"

I read somewhere that the stock pipes are actually a little wider than 2.25". There are people running both sizes. I have a 2.5" Magnaflow and the inlet/outlet slid perfectly around the stock pipes.

Just be aware that this will be loud. I literally just did this yesterday and the drone inside the 4rnr is overwhelming at certain speeds. I'll be going back to the muffler shop soon to address this problem.
