I have the OME and this is for sure the most cost efficient and safest way to go. Especially when you are going to be adding more weight in the future.
so when I put 884s+spacer+superflex+rear shock in here" OME full suspension -- Click here for details - Toytec Lifts: Toyota Lift Kits: FJ Cruiser Lift Kits, Tacoma Lift Kits, Tundra Lift Kits, 4 Runner Lift Kits, Sequoia Lift Kits, Toyota Truck Lift Kits "...Ill be replacing everything but my stock front shock?
Lastly, whats ride quality like in 5100s vs 884s... with no extra weight...
Sorry I'm quite redundant
Have you budgeted bigger tires into the picture here ??? 3" or close to 3" of lift will look terrible with stocks IMO
You don't need a diff drop, its a wasteof money. As for tires, from the reviews I've read, duratracs are the way to go for snow and ice if you don't want a dedicated set of tires.
Yes, reviews state those are awesome in the snow, along with most other conditions. Common sizes are 265/70/17, which will be a little small for a 3" lift, or 285/70/17 which will require wheel spacers and some trimming. On the page you linked to, under features and benefits, there's a link for sizes and specs.
Thanks Desert Fox as well, These Duratracs are like having snow spikes. I tried to test them. After driving up 30-40 degree hills I was thoroughly impressed. The Duratracs were EATING the soil and snow. I will say if i need a good snow tire I will choose these from now on. they are Awesome!

I plan on buying a 2 pair of spidertrax, so I think I am set in that reguard... I hate to break out the dremmel, but I guess thats necessary sometimes. Thanks for all the info ASR.
The Dremel should be your best friend owning a T4r!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:thumb3::thumb3::thumb3: Ive trimmed so much its not even funny, yet the Dremel has all the cutting wheels, sanding bits you need to clean it up for a smooth edge... and earlier you said 185 you need 285 or if your really wanna step it up get 33/12.50's
