What's the best price I can get for 2011 Limited?

I logged in CR and got same results as you for 2011, if you roll the year back to 2010 it jumps up to invoice of $37,129. It looks like they loaded invoice for SR5 model instead of the Trail model. If you send off to dealer you'd probably see closer to the $37k number would be my guess. Probably timing problem as the 2011 just came out.

For those interested, USAA and ConsumerReports are offering quotes on 2011 Limited with Nav/Cargo tray for $38,666.
That's $200 over invoice and almost 4K under MSRP. Alternatively, Overstock lists $39,216.
Almost made me second guess my decision to get a Trail Edition....almost..

This is probably off topic a little bit but have any of you ever used a broker for buying a used vehicle? I wrote this one place that charges you 10% over what they pay to get a used vehicle from an auction. Being from Canada I am considering this as buying new is just to much with the tax 12% and the extra 6% for import fee's as it is built outside of North America. But according to this broker I can get a 2010 Ltd from 28900. I attached part of the email I was given below.
So has anyone ever done anything like this? If I could get one for 29k even adding on the 10%, 6% and 12% tax would only bring it to 38k which is a good 10k below used prices in Canada for a LTD.

The auction vehicles are usually subpar, especially with a 5th gen 4runner as the Toyota dealers will snap up the good ones.. That one for 28900 likely is a "base" Limited, no Nav and high miles, may be beat on or accident. I just completed an import to Canada of a US BP Limited nav and slider w 6500 miles, mint condition. Paid 37000 us from a non toyota dealer. Best to find one from a non Toyota dealer as the Toyota dealers add the Toyota Certified to them and jack the price, if you import to Canada that certified warranty is not valid, so wasted $$$s if you import. My total cost with taxes in was about 44k, a new one in Canada is 58K taxes in. Though the Canadian Limited only comes with third row seats which I did not want.
I purchased a 2011 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4WD today in Memphis, TN equipped with navigation/backup camera, third row seating, cargo cross bars, premium carpet/floor mats, and running boards (MSRP $44,346) for $39800 plus doc fees. I hope that gives you a little bit of direction or helps someone who is in the market to purchase! This is my second consecutive 4Runner purchase and I received a similar deal on my last purchase as well. I purchased a 2008 2WD Limited last time (MSRP 38500) and financed 33292. I know every region is different based on demand, but I have been able to consistenly get 4000-5000+ off of MSRP on my last two purchases!
