So I've been looking around for new rims for my 4Runner and came across the Level 8 MK6 rims and would like to know what offset would be best to fit the SR5 flares best since they offer these rims in 0 and -10 offset and i would like them in 16"

Also, I read that TRD center caps fit these rims, would anyone like to verify that for me please

It depends on what look you are going for as well as the tire size you plan on running. The 16x8 ET-10 MK6 will push the wheel outward 10mm more than the 16x8 ET0 MK6. For refrence, the front lip of the 16x8 ET0 MK6 will sit just under 1-inch further out towards the fender when compared to where the O.E. wheels sit now.

For more information on the Level 8 MK6, check out the product released linked below.

16x8 0 offset will stick out approx 0.7 inch each side than 3rd gen stock wheels (16x7 +15 offset), assuming the same tires. The -10 will be 10mm more so about 1.1 inches further out.
