Wheel spacers

rubbing

with the tires i have i had little rubbing when i turned or some big bumps i decided to install spidertrax wheel spacers, i really liked they way the fit very good quality and the truck in my opinion looked better, but the rubbing increase so much to the point that i can't almost turn in reverse, what did i do wrong, i thought this spacers would eliminate the rubbing not increase it, any ideas?

Spacing the wheel out will INCREASE your rubbing. You basically moved the tire away from the hub and towards the inside of the fenders when the wheels are turned! Same problem with wheels that are wider with the same back space. Not sure where someone would have said it would rub less...
Sorry.

They can decrease rubbing on the upper control arm (UCA) if you have rubbing there, however they can increase rubbing in other places.

Correct. You will decrease rubbing on your UCA depending on offset of wheel but you will rub more on your fender liners.
