Wheeler Lake

Couple pics from this weekend up at Wheeler Lake just outside Breckenridge, CO. It was a good time, short trail, but lots of fun.

4runner did really well. Still need a rear locker, but the spots that I was slipping a little, A-trac worked its magic

Wheeler lake is easily one of my favorite trails.... the truck looks awesome. Great shots.

No, believe it or not still a big drift in the way right before the lake.

BFLAN - Great pictures! I was wondering if you ran into deep snow. I know up here in the Northern Front Range I am still running into deep snow above 10,000. In fact last week on the way to Sky Pond we had to snowshoe part of the way. At the start of the trail, we chuckled at the tourists on the trail in flip-flops and they laughed at us for carrying snowshoes on our back.

Anyway still a lot of snow up high.

The front is an ARB. I fabricated the rear myself.
