A cast iron is a must. Cheap, lasts forever, tons of options and easy to clean.

Around here that's not always an option when there's a burn ban in effect. A couple summers ago we even had a ban out on the coast. Which considering it's surrounded by a rain forest, is pretty impressive.

LOL....come on over to the human/reality side of the state.....we do not do burn bans on cooking fires or stoves!!
