Where is the VSC control module?

Trying to locate this module. Still have an overactive VSC and tried ZPC a handful of times and 3 times from the dealer to no avail. Seemed like it worked once but didn't last very long. Once think I haven't tried that I read about was placing washers in the rear of the VSC control module then ZPC. I heard it was in the center console somewhere but I'm not certain.

So does anyone know where this module is at?

I could be wrong, but I believe the VSC control module is also known as the ABS control module.

#10 in the diagram.
