I just got mine a few weeks ago and have 166k at the moment. Would you high mileage guys hesitate doing a long roadtrip (greater than 500 miles roundtrip)?

I'm over 200k miles, and I just took mine to Dothan Alabama (to see grandmother) from san antonio and back. No problems at all. 1800 mile round trip.

I feel a lot better now doing a roadtrip with 166k miles on my odo. I'm just a tad bit paranoid since with a high mileage vehicle, anything could happen. But then again, highway driving with the cruise control set is probably way easier on the truck than driving through stop and go city traffic.

I drive mine out to Colorado from Alabama every summer. I will have about 220k on is this year when I leave; currently at 212k. I would rather take my 4runner than my wife's 2004 XTerra, which currently has 60k on it. 4runner is my daily driver, 50 miles round trip daily.

I was very aprehensive about taking mine, I was going to rent a car but Enterprise wanted 600 bucks + for a week rental, and thats with a military USAA discount. Yeah right. I took ole faithful and she did just fine. Spent about 450 bucks on gas there and back.

260k on mine. I would drive anywhere on the continent tomorrow if you would cover gas.

207,000 miles. I have owned it since 2003 when it had 68,000.

(2) new aftermarket heads at 199,000 miles @ $2,700 + tax later ...
