Rig: 2007 Shadow Mica SE 4WD
Hood: South Bend, IN
Mine is bone stock, as I have had it one week exactly, but I have taken all the emblems off, had the front windows tinted, I have Wet Oklole for front and rear on order, and my weathertech cargo mat is due on Monday. So far, it is all aestetic, but some more upgrades are on the way. I will post a pic when I have my camera!!!

I live in the People's Republik of Taxachusetts (Massachusetts for anyone not understanding)
She is my second 4Runner. I was stupid about 10 years ago and traded in my 1991 SR5. Finally got back into a good enough position to get my Runner.
I'd post pics, but she needs a few slight modifications before I think she will be worthy.

Now I'm looking for some good tires - I think my mind is made up, waiting for my VentVisors to arrive. Likely going to put on some Muth directional mirrors too. I don't want it to look to gaudy. Just sweet as she is now.
Funny thing though, I almost got one in Shadow Mica until I saw one near Alewife Station in Cambridge 2 weeks ago. I just thought it was too sweet in person and had to have it Salsa Red. Looks sweet in the Shadow Mica too though.

Just thaought I would introduce myself. I am recovering JEEPAHOLIC. I recently traded a monster 99 XJ for a 94 4runner. I fall into the catagory of always wanted one.
At 180k it only has 1 real issue the speedo is like 10mph off? It says 50 and its going 40mph. Any ideas.
And of course the big question is to boost it or not to boost it. My Xj had a 10 inch lift and 35's. i am thinking a moderate lift of a 2 inch body, rear springs and some new torsion bars

Who's 4Runner is this?
Here is another picture. He has a 3/2 Cornfed lift with Pro Comp Xtreme A/T 325/50/20 on it. Just wondered how bad those 33" tires rub. I know he had to cut the inside of the front fender well, but I wonder if he had to do any cutting on the outside bottom of the fender for turning clearance. Nice Ride.

Sorry.. I couldn't resist the celebrating smilies. I just (as in yesterday) bought a 2000 4Runner SR5 v6 4WD.
I've been a truck enthusiast all my life. When I say truck, I mean pickup, not SUV. I always thought SUV's were wimpy, and only for soccer moms who didn't want a minivan. I swore up and down that I'd never own one.
Well, things changed when I saw my new baby sitting in that lot. Something about the lines, the color, and just the overall look of the truck struck me as incredibly bad a$$. I took it for a test drive and was sold on it before I ever left the parking lot. (Not saying I didn't still have it checked out by my mechanic, but it was definitely love at first sight.)
Having said all that, I'll go on to say this. This is definitely the best forum I've seen as far as knowledge goes about almost any vehicle I've looked at. I look forward to sticking around for a long while.
Oh yeah.. I'm Joshua, 20 years old from the huge metropolis of Providence, NC. ($50 fake bucks if you can tell me where that is without looking it up, lol.)
Rig is as mentioned, a 2000 SR5 v6 4WD. Not sure of the exact color's name, though I'd love to know.. It's a deep red.
Current Mods: Other than the tint the previous owner put on it, it's stock as the day it came off the factory floor. That will all change soon, I hope.
