That heat is a killer when its been parked for awhile during the summer! I kept a pair of sunglasses in the storage cubby by the rear view mirror and the lenses got all crazed and cracked summer before last. I definitely dont keep them there anymore!

Middle of the summer temps average between 110-120. In the winter it gets to freezing or so at night, and 40's - 50's in the day.

they don't, i had to import it from Japan. We only get the cruiser(LX470/cygnus/amazon), prado (colorado/GX), and the VIGO/Hilux officially.

Love this site, will be spending more time on it for sure.

That little fold up mirror is very common, perhaps legally required, on vehicles in Japan. I think it is a blind spot mirror, since the driver is on the opposite (wrong ) side of the vehicle.

A Prado is an overseas version of the 4Runner, more similar to the Lexus GX470.
