Wicked Creaking

So i have recently developed a wicked creak from my driver's side front suspension. I am figuring that it is my sway bar that needs a little attention. What grease/lube would you all recommend I throw in there. The bushing are still the stock ones, should I replace with poly's? Just looking for what people have done.

If its not the sway bar then the search begins, probably next would be the UCAs.

Looking at your signature, I would start with lubing the front lower shock mounts. If I'm not mistaken, the lowers use a hemispherical bushing instead of rubber or poly.

My personal experience with my old FJ Cruiser that saw a few trails is that stuff gets loose eventually and one should regularly check and tighten all the bolts and nuts that can be reached...

This may or may not help your situation, but everyone should always keep that in mind!

Andries at Overland Warehouse has often recommended using Boeshield T-9 for creaking issues on OW suspension. I bought a can for this very reason even though I haven't experienced any creaking yet with my OW suspension.

Unrelated but Boeshield T-9 also is a fantastic "finish" for cast iron tablesaw tops.
