Will 285/60/18 Terra Grapplers fit on a stock TE?

Ive been talking to this guy and he claims they fit fine with no lift but I dont know if i really trust what he is saying. Anybody know if they fit or not?

Stock TE comes with 17 inch rims. So I would say no.

Should fit. Might have to trim some plastic.
