will factory aux. input work with avic d3??

Whats up everyone? i am thinking of getting the avic d3 and was wondering if the factory aux. input will still work in the center console. please let me know!

The answer is yes...but the installer has to hook it up to one of the aux jacks on the deck. It will not be accomplished by just doing a normal install.
