will tundra 17s with 265/65/17 tires fit a 3rd gen sr5 4runner?

I am looking at buying some wheel and tires off craigslist and was wondering if Toyota tundra 17s with 265/65/17s would fit on my 96 V6 4x4 sr5 4runner. Any help would be much appreciated.

As long as the lug pattern is the same I'm pretty sure they would. I thing the lug pattern is the same.

I think even a 265/70/17 would fit.

I think the lug pattern is the same but I fear the offset is higher so it wouldn't clear on the inside.

I searched a little and I found that they were +60mm quite often.

yes all 6 lug stock toyota wheels have the same lug pattern

4.625" according to this site.

I have to admit I'm not extremely knowledable about offset and these number really don't make since to me. Maybe you double the 60mm? That would put you at around 4.7" so it would be pretty close.

the 60mm is the offset or distance from the center of the wheel. The 4.7 is back spacing or distance from the hub seat to the inner edge of the wheel.

I've seen a few 4Runners with Tundra 17 inch wheels over at Yotatech. They do fit, but they are sunken in around 0.5 to 1 inch more than stock. Maybe search over at Yotatech....I remember seeing a few good photos
