Will Yakima SkyBox Hit XM sharkfin antenna ??

I just installed my crossbars and looked at the XM radio antenna, does anyone know if it will clear the Skybox roof carrier. It looks awefully high ???
I guess I will pull it from the garage and try it, but I wanted to know first, also will it interfere with reception ??

You should be OK, I have got a skybox on the factory crossbars and it works great. No issues at all...one of the best purchases I have made...but should have gotten the largest/widest one.

The only issue if you get the longer one (88" or so) is the rear hatch will not open all the way...it will hit the box. The only way to get around this is to change the factory crossbars to Yakima/Thule and pull the bar forward. I just deal with it.

You must have a tall garage if you can drive in with it on. I cannot, though not a big deal as they literally weigh next to nothing and have quick release (greatest thing ever) brackets.
