Window Tinting, does anyone like their windows tinted dark like me?

I went 20% all the way around even over the factory tint. You can still see through the truck from the back and the drivers and passenger windows are visibly lighter. I wish I had gone 5% on the rear windows which is legal to do in this state on a SUV. I have my dog with me quite a bit and I have K9 fans on the rear windows and I can see them through the tint.

Nice, I went 5% on rears and 30% in front doors, and front windshield Llumar air 80 blue
I guess it all depends on where you live, here in Texas you can't do 20% on front to match the rear it's illegal.

I'm actually considering taking mine off. I had the front two windows tinted 30% and aesthetically it looks great but I can't get over the fact that I feel like they're so polarized that it's actually blacking out spots.. especially with my sunglasses on. From what I understand it's a a high quality tint too, Llumar. Maybe I'm just getting old

It's a "pull me over please" thing here.
I like the look but don't want the attention it garners from the law.
That white one above - guaranteed you would get pulled over in a 1/2 hour or less here.
And I have heard of people being handed a razor blade and told "Take it off or ticket - your choice.".

Love the look of dark tint up front, but in the land of "Live Free or Die", it's illegal to tint driver/passenger front windows :ybrick:
That being said, I went with 15% on all rear windows, 6" windshield strip 5%, and 70% on driver/passenger front windows. The 70% just darkens the window a little, you still can see through it from the outside, but still enjoy the benefits of a tinted window. 3 years later, I haven't had any issues during vehicle inspections (once a year, and yes they will fail you for tinted windows) or by our local or state officials.
I think the biggest issue, when they can't see you or what you're doing when approaching your vehicle, must be an uneasy feeling. I know it would be for me.
