Wow, had the sh!t scared out of me.

I was going south on I-85 (in Atlanta, for those of you around) and going on a exit I didn't know that it turned sharp. I jumped and thanked Go my tire didn't blow (spare was flat, have it plugged now) and that something didn't bust. Scared the **** out of me. Glad my truck was fine, and that no one was coming. I can thank God everyday that me and my truck were fine.

Not to be rude but I think I missing a part of your story. What happened after you didn't know about the sharp turn and before you jumped.

I have had a few close calls that made me apprieciate life alittle more. I do feel safer in my 4runner compared to my Corolla tho.

Wasnt a curb. It was a 4ish foot drop (it was slanted but I most def came off the ground)

What happene after I got off the next exit and turned back around and got off my exit. Lol.

^Hahahaha(@ post 7 altho 8 is pretty good too)...Your lucky you were in a 4runner! I drove my Corolla into a 4-5 foot ditch and now it has what I like to call a "ditch grin". Some would call it a bent frame but I like ditch grin, check it out its in my garage. It still drives fines, just looks funny, however I did have to pay 400 bones to have it towed out of the ditch! Thats one time that 4wd would have paid for itself!

EDIT: I guess you can't tell as good as I thought you could but the bumper/headlight are higher on the driver side then the passenger side.

It was fun but also scared me (came up so unexpectedly). It wasn't like a median but it had a drop. Glad something didn't blow or I the struts shoot into the engine bay thru the hood. Lol.

4Runners look good filthy, or anything else they can do. They are the God of BOF SUV's.

Im not sure if this is along the same lines, but recently I witnessed a Chevy TrailBlazer take a turn on an on-ramp too fast and the thing rolled with a mom at the wheel and 3 kids in the back. All were ok, truck was toast. I took the same turn some time later a little too fast and the 4Runner's wheels didnt even squeek once! Im not sure if i attribute that to the XREAS or maybe i was going slower...but needless to say, im glad the OP is ok.
