wrench.n.wheel's '99 Millenium Silver Adventure Rig/Daily

So I got 1st gen supercharger, cleaned it up, painted it black and installed it onto my rig. Cause Moar POWA

And since the ECU doesnt really help much with AFRs in closed loop, with some help from Black798 i was able to install the MAPECU3 and load a tune, now my AFRs are good under load before closed loop.

Then came the real goods, eimkeith finally finished the bumper design and I got the 1st prototype - literally the one off his own truck. Felt special and whatnot.

After I blew up my steering rack at the Rubicon, I wanted to make sure everything else was in decent shape, so I went to my buddies shop, CAtunedOffroad and put it on a lift and inspected everything. No leaks anywhere and I was happy.

Also snagged a rear ARB locked 4.88 geared REAR pumpkin for future use. Going to sell my elocked axle to my buddy and go AIR selectable.

Good looking rig man. Just read through your build. I thought I found my Konigs for a good deal at $200 but damn.

How do you like those Milestar Patagonia’s? I’m due for tires soon and have been thinking about grabbing a pair of those.

I like em, especially if you can find em for $146 a piece for 315s like mine.

I don't love em as they do have some road noise cause muds.

They don't do too well on wet dirt or wet rock. As in they do worse than my all terrain buddies on all terrains. On the other hand they do very well on dry rock and whatnot.

Its been a while since I have updated this thread, but there have been some significant changes!

In May I did the whole timing belt maintenance job. Traded my e-locked axle with 4.30 gearing for my buddies open diff axle in preparation for re-gear and ARB lockers. And welded on some eimkeith UCA Mount reinforcements and Marlin Crawler diff skid.

In June Black798 helped me out and regeared my diffs. 5.29 Nitrogear with ARB lockers front and rear. The compressor was installed on the passenger side in the engine bay.

First trip out to signal peak and the 5.29 gears felt incredible. So much more control in 4low and having Air lockers means they turn on when you want them and right away.

Traded wheels with my brother and got some sweet FNwheels 5-star in 16x8 -25 offset in bronze. Wrapped them in Falken Wildpeak AT3W as the Milestar Patagonias needed to be rebalanced again and were making a ton of noise. Couldn't wait to get rid of em.

Also sometime in the fall Jason (optoffroad) sold me his prototype Beefy lower control arms with Johnny Joints on both ends and they are thing of beauty. Truck feels more stable in the rear and it flexes quite nice.
