WTB 1999-2002 Center Console

I know it's a popular item but it doesn't hurt to ask. I would like to buy the center console from a 1999 through 2002 4Runner. I need the oak color. I would like to get the brackets that mount it to the floor also. Prefer one with rear heat but I would be willing to ditch the rear heat if I found a good deal.

I'm also looking for the e-brake handle and brackets from the same year model.
