I know this only affects the small number of us who haven't (yet) upgraded to the Bilstein 5100s, but we all got jobbed a little on the price of our original shocks.

A decent sized fine, but not enough that they've talked about consumer effects yet. We'll see I suppose.

Good point! The article notes that they worked with two competitors to fix market share, prices, and negotiation parameters with manufacturers. Doesn't name them but I feel like if the largest 3 U.S. suppliers are involved it's a safe bet most major models were affected.
