I think my jl audio 8.2 microsub (8w1) from 96 hits harder than that. Well atleast u have some trunk space.

Good thing I didn't buy it to enter sound competitions at the local high school huh..... :thumbup: I wasn't aware you could read the specs AND hear it from the 2 iPhone shots I posted either.

Some people want a balanced audio system without sounding like a drug dealer, that's why I skipped chrome 22's as well.

Yeah, the Bazooka is great for adding a little more dynamics to a sound system without going overboard. I had a pair of the smaller, non-powered versions in two of my other cars. They are also great because you still have space around them. I never understood why you would want to fill up a truck/cargo space with speakers, especially trying to use home speakers in a vehicle?....:shrug::shrug:

you prolly have no clue to audio system, my setup isn't home speakers, they are JL audio and the box are design to its spec.

Bazooka bass tube is done! It sounds fantastic. It's got plenty of power to sound good but never really sound overwhelming and like a 17 year olds car.

If I wanted a non-accurate sound reproduction bass, I would have when for the bozooka subwoffer, lmao.

and is that a strap to strap down all the rattle it'll produce.

And I'm sure if Zach wanted two huge awkward sub boxes that would cause his interior to rattle and take up all his cargo space he would have "when" for two W7s.

Hell, its WAY better than what I have. My radios busted and possibly the speakers too. I'd kill for a new radio and speakers now.

and as for the bazooka i think its a fine solution for added bass and space saving. i think most of us are just looking to add a little depth were not looking for some wanna be competition winner.

if i wanted to go the blk runner route i would just install my klipsch reference speakers in my cargo area with a devon amp but I'm not gay sooo....

who's saying that im aiming for competition? but I rather have the gay look then to have some bazooka tube strap up (just saying), and yes it might look gay but this setup pounds, and as far as the enclosure it's made to it's spec., so dont hate on the setup.

That's the point you jackass, most of us are older with families and careers and don't want a setup that pounds as you'd say. Notice the stroller back there? Notice the structural firefighting boots? A 4runner is a sports UTILITY vehicle, get it? Utility doesn't mean a ghetto fabulous sound system crowding the cargo area. People are hating on your system because you came in here hating on mine. These people are defending me because you have a tricked out mall crawler that would be a 17 year olds wet dream and everyone that commented has a nice vehicle with a functional purpose, unlike yours (especially TheJosh ha ha). The strap on the bazooka is because it's removable for UTILITY reasons, and it came that way. You came in my build thread and insulted me, and now you look like the fool, and it's not your piss poor English that did it. It's the fact that you think you're right when EVERYONE else thinks you're wrong. Kindly leave my build thread, the point here as been proven and that point went in my favor.
