I would not ride around with it over 15-20psi unless it was loaded up with some weight. I found the look is great but is't just too harsh for me. 5-10 feels perfect. So stiff over bumps in the road. I would drop it down to the minimum when wheeling. Just to get max flex (stuff).
No loss of air for me.
They have been kick ass for hauling as well - after all that's why I got em!
