Guys, I love my new 4Runner more than any car I ever owned, but the look of that smoked chrome grill really turns me off. Has anybody replaced theirs with the Limited's color keyed grill? If so, how much did it cost you? If not, any other recommendations? Thanks for your input.

I installed my new grill today and I am a lot happier with the look. If anybody is interested in a smoked chrome grill, send me $80 and an address and I'll UPS my old one to you.

from that view the color doesn't blend well with the body. i notice you have agalactic gray, is the grill of that same color? maybe the picture does not do justice after all. maybe a profile shot if you will.

alot better than the smoked grill, now am thinkin of doing mine.

It won't fit. '06 had the front grill, bumper and lights redesigned.

I noticed that in the pic also, but it does match. Here's another pic from a different angle. Maybe it looks a little off because it doesn't have 3 coats of wax on it like the rest of the truck? I don't know but I love it.

I think the smoke chrome grill looks great on the Titanium Silver.

Is it safe to say that when ordering the Non-smoked chrome front grill that it doesn't come painted to match?

I also orderd the V8 name plate. lol! That will gives me extra torque that i needed.

That's a good price you paid for yours, about $50 less than what my dealer got it for me. Gonna have to check out that place you order from. Does it come with the emblem installed? Anyway, it's a real easy install, just 8 nuts from the grill and 2 bolts to disconnect the hood release, took all but 10 minutes.

I paid 149$ shipped for both girlle and V8 nameplate.

But they take forever to ship. I still havent got it and i orderd a week ago. Will post pictures after.
