Don't know where to go from here...Need UCA's or something is wrong with alignment machine??
I have stock UCA's, 5100's all around, fronts at 1.75 and rear has OME 10mm spacers on each side.
Hunter machine-"Hawkeye"?
BFG 275-70-17
SCS Stealth Wheels-17x8.5 -10mm

Did all my homework with the lift, wheels, tires and can't come close to specs? I'm baffled...

we dialed some out of the left side to even it up a bit
not sure whats up with the air pressure readings- set to 36

it's sad, just sad....

Any ideas?:help:

I would find a different shop. Looks like that guy has no clue what he is doing. I mean -.8° Camber on the left, +.8 ° camber on the right, with -1.6° cross camber? Caster is not much better with a -.6° cross caster. Maybe post a pic of all four LCA cams so we can see what your working with. That thing can't drive good like that.

Also, something is going on because the thrust angle changed during the alignment. That should've stayed the same.

FWIW, I have Camburg UCAs on my 5th gen and couldn't get much caster out of them but camber was easy to get.

It drives like crap. I've had the same guy align all my lifted rigs and has always made them drive like a dream-T100, Tundra and Tacoma. This is why I think it may be the machine. Afterwards I looked at the plates and right plate didn't move freely like the left-IDK, with air pressures changing, thrust changing-just seems weird.

I'll post some pics of camber bolts in a bit. We did dial back some of the left side to even it up-so I could drive it around.

It almost makes me think that your alignment guy accidentally missed or went up one notch higher or lower on his 4-post lift which made everything off. Also, the turn plates the front wheels sit on need to be able to turn freely with vehicle weight on them. He may need to have the lift and alignment machine re-calibrated as well.

It seems as though it was a setting on machine/plate not unlocking or something. Shop said it was odd that one plate was not locking or unlocking when it was supposed to. Idk enough about the machine to speak intelligently.

Gonna have another go at it this weekend.
