So I am a newbie to these forums.
I used to have an 08 Tacoma and I was a regular on those forums, then sold that and got a 10 Prius, then just sold that yesterday. I am currently looking at a '14 4Runner Trail Edition. I have a couple of questions about it though:
What comes on the Trail Edition Premium that the regular Trail Edition does not have?
Is it worth the $3k price markup?
Also:
I am planning on lifting the 4Runner 3', and want to get 285/70/17 tires on em with rims that have a negative offset. I understand that there will be some rubbing on the fender well as well as the body mount. If I were to chop the body mount and remove the fender well/cut it, will there be ample space in the wheel well for the tire to flex without hitting anything that bad?
I feel like a total noob, even though I have been through lifting and off roading in a different truck before. Thank you for all the help! Look forward to posting and reading more in these forums.
