Dude.. i have had the same experience, after i was told that i would have free, well buit into the cost of the vehicle, maintenace and oil services every 5000 miles then went in for my 5000 mile oil change and they just rotated my tires and then got the thing in the mail saying they did a full service.. it is irritating as hell.
