WHAT THE.... you're not gonna take your 4Runner into "the woods"? Wow...

Exactly, like I said. I didn't pay 40 thousand dollars cash to take it into the woods. I have a Jeep for that. I don't worry about where other people take their 4Runners so I don't see why it's such a big deal where I'll be taking mine!

+1. Most 4Runners will never see any off road time, but many on here (perhaps even the majority) are off road enthusiasts. Don't let some of the comments get to you. While the 4Runner is very capable off road, there's no way I'm taking this through rugged terrain. The most use we'll get out of it will be in the snow and the occasional camping trip where it may see a few dirt/gravel roads.

THANK YOU! That's what I mean. I mean, come on, I live in the mountains! There's gravel/dirt back roads all through these mountains. I don't consider that 4wheeling or "taking it to the woods" but it's enough to call off-road. It may not be climbing rocks and going through mud but it's all my 4Runner is going to see. I'll save the rocks and mud for my Wrangler!
