20 inch wheels on LIMITED

Lots of good looking options on the last few pages. We are shopping for a new Limited this summer, but a small twist. We need a second set of wheels and tires for the winter. Might replace the 20's in the summer, too, eventually. It seems that a lot of other 4Runner and Toyota wheels fit on the Limited.
Is there any issues that stand out on new wheels for a 2017 Limited, like FJ wheels won't fit or SR5 wheels will mess up speedometer, or TRD Pro have the wrong offset, etc? Anything unique to the Limited?
From the posts it seems like almost any Toyota 4Runner or even any Toyota truck wheel will work (except Sequoia has 5-bolt wheels). Haven't even opened the aftermarket world yet. Just want to make sure.
Also, if I were to put on SR5 wheels with TPMS sensors in them, will the Limited read them? I ask, because on our Acura, I switch wheels before Winter and the sensors read correctly after a mile or two. Same when I switch back in the Spring. Friend of mine at the Subaru dealer (employee and driver), says he has to re-program the sensors every time he changes wheels for the season.

Ok noob here but I've read countless threads in the 5th gen section. I'm like everyone else (just about) in that I don't mind the LE wheels but I really don't want to take a chance with tires that are not recommended to fit...with warranty and all that from yota.
Just wondering what the approximate cost should be for aftermarket 20s and Terra Grapplers? My dealer quoted me 1950 plus tax for Ultra Hunters, 275 55 20 Terra Gs and install. I'd prefer black rhino or fuel wheels honestly but I'm trying to keep the cost down since I won't be doing crazy offroading... although that may change as the 'newness' and don't want to mess it up feelings wear off.

Which install are you referring to? I have been going back and forth between going with
1) TRD pro wheels + 265/70/17 TG2 or KO2 tires
2) 20" OEM wheel with 275/55/20 TG2 or K02 or
3) 20" aftermarket wheels with 275/55/20 TG2 or K02.
My understanding is for first 2 options should work with stock suspensions and no mods needed. For last option, there maybe some rubbing depending on the wheels (offset/backspace/width) that may require other mods.

For those running 275/55/20 AT tires on OEM wheels, what tire pressure are you running? Currently experimenting with mine and looking for the best compromise between comfort and fuel economy. I am currently running 37psi getting about 15.2L/100kms or 15.48mpg but feels a bit rough on higher speeds.

I just installed 275/55r20 Continental Terrain Contact tires on my 2015 Limited (stock wheel). Tires look great, but no real impressions yet because the OEM tires were very worn and any comparison wouldn't be fair. They aren't any louder than the Yokos which was a concern.

Well I went ahead and ordered the Toytec leveling kit. 2.5" for the front -seems I read here that 3" would have the front higher than the rear?
Have gotten some quotes on wheels and tires. Still about to pull my hair out over the offset and backspacing thing. It's something I never had to understand until now. Luckily there's a ton of info here. I *think* I will be ok running 275/60 or 65 with 20" wheels. Looking at Moto Metals, Vision, Ultra. Fuel is just out of my price range for what I'm going to be doing. I wouldn't even buy wheels if not for the stupid pizza pan narrow stockers!

These look nice; I'd be interested to hear if they're capable off road. They certainly look better than the Geolanders, but are they enough for light duty?
They look really good in person, and I've been really happy with how quiet they are and general road manners. 1500 miles only, but off to a good start. Your 'light duty' definition might be different than mine, but I do drive gravel roads to get to bike trails and these have been fine. More confidence inspiring than the Michelin LTXs on my old GX470. Hope that helps!

I have 275/55R20 on my 2011 Limited. They are 100% OK on the street. I've only had the truck a month and haven't been off road yet. I suspect it will be fine until I start monkeying around with the suspension travel. Then we will see what happens when I stuff it up in the wheel well.

Question: Do I need to upgrade my UCA if I go to a 275/60/20 and running a 3/1.5 ToyTec spacer lift?
I know it's suggested to upgrade UCA when going above a 3" lift. Seeing that a 275/60/20 tire will essentially give me an additional 1" of lift but not sure if this will adversely affect my OE UCA.
Is anyone running this setup if so how do you like it.

When I measured my '16 from the ground to the bottom of the fender lip, I got 34" in the front and 37" in the rear, so based on that, 3" WOULD level it, but I think a lot of people are concerned with reverse rake if they have a cargo load or trailer attached.
Anyone with 285/50 R20's?

The tire is smaller than stock, and smaller than 275/55/20. Check sizes here if you can't find them already converted:

Still may rub if you get the offset/backspacing wrong, but I can't help you with that math. Downside is less sidewall, but that's not as big an issue for highway driving. Those tires probably would not be recommended off road.
