What could be bad in this truck?

See the image on 1st page: 4WD shifter is in Low range (towards driver) and worst case is the shifter knob has turned 180 degrees to show H (upside down is still H) in the Low range position

Sounds like the consensus is that people think that the car is in 4-lo. There was one guy who suggested doing the right thing if that was the case. My vote is the same.

Yes, it is in 4Lo.
But, if you notice the shifter leather, it is heavily worned for a 126K mile cruiser. Also the interior is redone. I think the seller is playing a game
