2005 Acural Headrests on 2010-14 4runner

This might sound crazy but I would like to ask anyone who may have owned a 2005-08 Acura RL if the headrest would fit the 2010-14 4runner. I loved the way my headrest would pull forward to accommodate my head better and was wondering if this would even be possible.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated

The new 4Runners don't have adjustable headrests? You might have better luck trying a 3rd generation 4Runner headrest, which does tilt forward. We also have an Acura and the posts are spaced differently.

Thanks paddlenbike! the reason why I asked was because the 2005-08 RL has a unique headrest that I liked which the back portion of it stays stationary while only the front seperates from the back.
