Thanks man, looks like you have a nice list of mods yourself. I don't remember the ply but they are the lighter duty ones i know. Does it say on the tire? I'd go check in the garage but college football and beer are treating me pretty well right now ha ha. :beer:

How do you like the drive of the FJC TT springs/shocks combined with the Daystar? If it rides, handles and stops half as good as it looks you've got an awesome setup for super-cheap!

Thanks Chris! I love it, i was nervous at first cause i haven't really seen this setup around too much.

It drives great, a lot firmer than the stock stuff but not harsh or uncomfortable at all. And i def can't complain about what i spent either. i might go out wheeling today for a bit with another guy on the forum from KC, if so i'll take some wheeling pics and let you guys know how it does off road.

Must be the same 'kooks I have. No complaints so far.

ki_soarer- I believe the only difference with the trail teams edition shocks/springs from the base FJC are the shocks. The TT shocks are Bilsteins.

FJC 4wd's use the same springs but there's 3 shock variants, 2 Bilsteins and one Tokiko. 4Runner guys have used all three variants of shocks with great success. Which one is "best", who knows. I don't think many of us have had the opportunity to drive the various setups back-to-back. I think it's safe to say all work well but they have a slightly different feel.

I painted them myself actually. Search for blacked out headlights on here and there are a bunch of threads about it. It was cheap and easy to do!

Did you guys have any install issues when putting on the FJC TT suspension? I'm looking at a full set from on '08 FJ for less then $250 shipped - but it seems to good to be true.

Was it a simple remove existing (XREAS in my case) and install new/ used?

Love you rig...I once suggested blacking out my wheels (mines also silver) to someone and they told me that black wheels only look good on white or black vehicles well im calling BS on that because I really like the look of your wheels on a silver runner.
