2011 Rims on a 2005 2WD SR5?

I have a 2005 2wd SR5 that I just purchased this last weekend which has the 17" alloys w/ 265/65r17 tires on it. My dad works for a Toyota dealer and has some brand new 2011 6-spoke T4R rims with 265/70r17 tires on them which I would like to swap on to make it different than all the others running around. I know the tire diameter is about an inch larger with the new ones and I just wanted to make sure they will fit mine without rubbing before I commit to getting them.

Somebody will be along to verify , but don't see any problem going to a 265/70/17 tire.

I currently run 255/75/17's which is listed as a 32" tire, compared to the 31.6 of a 265/70/17

Yeah, I have done the search. My other concern now (that I somehow didn't think of) was the difference in offset with the new rims. I am reading there is one. Here are the ones I am looking to put on:

Anyone know for sure if this is going to work? I might just bite the bullet tonight and put them on and see how things go.

I want these wheels bad. They should fit just fine. I've been looking for a cheap set for awhile.

Just got them on tonight and they look KILLER!! The slightly different offset on the rims and larger tire really fills out the wheel well better and no rubbing!! I will get some pics up tomorrow. It is too dark now to take any good ones.
