Sorry, no pics handy but yes, the premium package does come with nav.
SR5 w/premium package
My premium package does not include nav. Nav is a separate package which usually includes the upgrade audio package and bluetooth phone packge. Mine just has the regular bluetooth, which does not include a screen with the phone programs and a list of your phonebook, etc.

"(PT)*Premium Package - includes Display Audio with Navigation [5] and Entune™ [6], leather-trimmed and multi-stage heated front seats, 8-way power driver's seat with power lumbar support, 4-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, leather-trimmed second-row seat, leather-trimmed steering wheel, courtesy lamps, power tilt/slide moonroof with sunshade and one front and one cargo area 120V AC power outlet
(FE)*50 state emissions"
I just wanted to see a picture of the dash if anyone has one.

This video shows the Entune display nav. There are pictures around here somewhere. I swear I just saw a picture of the new dash in one of those "Just got my 4Runner!" type threads.
Per Toyota's site the SR5 does not have the option for the JBL DVD Nav. Not sure if they had the option prior to 2012. Way too small to use for nav IMO.

2012 Has 2 nav options:
Optional on SR5 and Trail edition (standard on limited) is a 6.1" Display Audio that has navigation and Entune. This option does not have JBL and the navigation is different than the JBL nav.

Optional on Limited Grade is a 7" touch screen navigation with JBL and Entune. This nav option is basically the standard navigation option that has always been offered in Toyota vehicles.
Optional on SR5 and Trail edition (standard on limited) is a 6.1" Display Audio that has navigation and Entune. This option does not have JBL and the navigation is different than the JBL nav.
