Only about 2 weeks old now! Had quite a bit of turnover with cars of late, but I think this one will be here to stay! First 4Runner for me.... '14 Trail

Yup!!! I traded in my '13 WRX Limited Hatchback for my '14 Trail too. Miss the speed, but love the height and ruggedness.

I feel ya on the speed, but practicality called and I needed something more capable. The subaru is a beast in the snow, but 5" of ground clearance really didnt cut it for my lifestyle haha.

Love the new 4Runner. Was thinking about an FJ for a while, but bit the bullet and paid for the 4Runner. Dont regret it in the least.

My wife's new 2014 limited nautical blue. This color is hard to take a picture of, but looks awesome in person. Took us 6 months to track this one down.

only way to get that NB color to show up in pics is to take snaps in the sun. cloudy/grey days just make it look like black. sun is the only way to make that color pop.

As much as I love 4runner...the front bumper really hurts my eyes doesnt matter how i look at it.. I really want the trail edition, can i replace the front bumper with the limited edition?? I dont mind spending extra 2k if necessary..i just cant stand that strange concave in around the fog lamp..

a trail edition with limited edition front lower bumper with the silver bar looks awesome to me.. please let me know if anyone knows if the swap is possible. I think it is.

I'l bet the TRD Pro facia will be available to retrofit next year. That is the way the Runners should all look.

I took my new 2014 Trail on it's first trip a couple weeks back. Here are a few shots from one of my campsites in Southern Utah. I was very happy with the new vehicle, and the sliding tray in particular was VERY useful. I was able to configure the rear cargo area so nothing moved around while driving on rough roads, I didn't get any rub marks on the plastic interior panels, and when I slid out the tray, I had easy access to my water container and thermal cooler. I was even able to use my backpacking stove on top of the cooler so it become a table/kitchen area as well.

I'll be keeping the suspension stock until I wear out the BFGoodrich AT tires that I transferred from my old '04 4Runner. Then it's time for new suspension + bigger tires.

For those with a 2014 Trail Premium... Are the interior door handles black or chrome?

Just picked up a Trail Premium w/ KDSS in the dark grey metallic Saturday, door handles are paint matched. No chrome there. Only chrome it has is on the emblems and they won't be for long.

Hello everyone...
Excited to be an owner of a 2014 SR5 soon...put a down payment but the vehicle itself is still being built...

Quick question, ive been searching the net but couldnt find an answer...
Will the 2014 Limited front bumper mount onto the SR5? Im slowly adjusting to the look of the predator front end but i like the look of the limited...minus the chrome.

Any help is appreciated...

I agree with you. I had a black honda s2000 and it looked great after a wash/wax....for about 10 minutes. Then a light sprinkle of dirt and it's ruined for me lol. Also it broadcasted any swirls I had lol.

2014 Toyota 4 Runner

I recently Purchased the 2014 4runner Trail. its a sweet ride but i am used to the HIDs this does have the projector but no HIDs. Does anyone know of a good LED kit? do they do those yet? i can get the HIDs but would much rather find led kit. anyone have any recommendations?

Agreed. Picked one up in NB this weekend. I make no apologies for my "Oh what a feeling" pic, but you can kind of see how blue the color can get on the spoiler.

Trail Premium

Traded in my '11 Trail for a Trail Premium KDSS. Never ordered a vehicle before, took a couple months to get in but WELL worth it. I didn't have the KDSS on the old one and really wanted to check it out, hope it's worth it. The '14s are awesome! Interior changes are great. Can't wait to get an ICON kit under it and some Shrockworks armor...
