2016 4Runner Production Delay

Mine is estimating 14 days from departure to arrival, although I don't know what port it arrives at.
Damn dealer lied to me. Two weeks ago today I did the Costco form and the local participating dealer contacted me. They didn't have what I wanted coming in, but by the end of the day, they were able to trade incoming vehicles with another dealer. My 4Runner was on the boat, and headed this way.
Today I contacted him asking for a status update, as I was accumulating parts. He sent me a screen copy of the pipeline tracking info, and my 4Runner was just built three days ago! Different VIN than before, too. He claimed the other VIN was just a temporary number, but it shows up on CarFax, so that can't be true. The guy seems like a jerk, but he's who handles Costco purchases.
So now how long do I have to wait? The estimate is that it ships 3/22 and arrives 4/5. Nothing on the tracking sheet beyond that.

My truck was delivered to the dealer Monday, so the pipeline info seems pretty accurate.
I was told by 2 dealers the ports that serve the east coast are Port Newark NJ & Jacksonville Fl.
Central U.S. is Houston TX
I would guess NJ. to Ohio would be the shortest road trip to you.
Edit: They do use Ghost VIN's I hear

Here's my 2016 TEP I bought last week. Was built in January. Had to go out of state to buy it because my region has very very few without the KDSS. There was 2 other (non KDSS) ones in surrounding states that also sold the same week as mine. Very happy with it. TEP is of great value.

Wouldn't make sense to stop in Cali then all the way down to Panama to get to Texas.
