Well Done - Congrats.
Whats everyone think of this weekend? UT/OU is the only thing I keep hearing about in Dallas. After last weekend in Norman, I don't think OU will have two losses in a row.

i quit watching weeks ago. i sincerely hope bama puts 100 up on us. and i couldn't tell you who would take over. it will be a huge name though in my opinion. i'd be stoked for Gruden but i doubt that would happen. we will see though.

Man, I havent been on this board in a while. Lots has changed... especially the Vols expectations.
What blows my mind is that UF already fired McElwain and UT hasn't canned Butch after that UK loss. I knew he was done after losing to SC last year. Obviously UF cares more about football than UT. :crybaby:
With that said, I feel like the CFB Playoff ranking will probably shake things up tomorrow. Bama and UGA clearly at the top... but things get interesting from there.

Yes for sure! What is going on in Knoxville? Butch will be gone soon. By UF firing Butterteeth that will make it even harder for UT to find a top notch coach to lure to Knoxville. I think he gets fired at the end of the year.
I think this will play out lots like 2012 when Bama and UGA were ranked 2 and 3 and the winner of that SEC Championship game played ND for the National Championship. I think the 2017 SEC Championship will be the "real" National Championship game unless Bama or UGA loses before that time. I honesty just don't see that happening. Bama and UGA are playing on another level right now.
So who do you guys have for your 4 teams in the College Playoff? Is there a possibility that the SEC or Big 10 get two teams in? Thoughts?

I think Bama, UGA, Penn St, and Wisconsin (if Wisconsin beats OSU in the Big 10 'ship).
Clemson and Oklahoma both lost to unranked teams... and ND doesn't have a conference championship. That boots them all out in my book. BUT the committee looks into the money each team will bring in. My guess is that they could potentially pick OSU over Penn St because of that.

Well how about that? We go from talking about 2 possible Big 10 teams making the playoff to maybe none. I guess Wisconsin is their only hope now. The playoff picture will be even clearer this weekend as Bama/MSU and Auburn/UGA face off. Any other big games this weekend?

Being a UGA fan, I'll be nervously watching. You never know what to expect from Auburn.
I think Miami/Notre Dame should be a great game. If Miami looks anything like they did last weekend, there might be another shake up in the top 5.

Well that makes 5 SEC teams looking for coaches. It will be very interesting to see who ends up where. Well #2 went down today. This will be very interesting to see how this college football season ends up. Any predictions on the Rivalry Week games tomorrow?

That is a damn understatement!! As if it couldn't get any worse in Knoxville. If I was the AD I would just keep Hoke as interim for next year and then find a coach then.

I have, but I don't think there's any weight behind it.
On Sunday someone asked him if he would be the coach at Auburn for 2018 and his response was along the lines of "Yes, I am proud to be the coach of this team."

Good luck getting a real fix in Knoxville anytime soon; quite the circus there. It is so bad that Lane Kiffin is trolling the UT athletic department.
They need to go across the state and grab the head coach and AD from Memphis.....
