35's on a 2014+

So what does it take to fit 35's on a 2014/15 4Runner?

I'll be buying the other half her own 4Runner at the end of the year so that allows me the ability to do whatever I want with the '15 and I'm considering going bigger. Is it possible to fit 35's on these latest Gen 5 4Runners?

Its doable but not without a BMC and some fender mods and a lift of course

Im running 305/60r18 and just got it dialed in 100% to not rub. The biggest obstacle I had was to not have it run in reverse with the wheel turned all the way

I've seen one in person. 5th Gen, not a 14/15 tho. 35", re-geared and ARB air locked. It does have some fender work involved. Ask Nathan@The Gear Shop if you want more info.

My point still stands, if you have to ask how to fit 35s then you don't know what you're getting into and the answer is no.

Dude, instead of getting hurt feelings read his build thread. That is what it takes to fit the tires. Many before you have asked, few have done. Read and then ask specific questions.

anyway OP unless you just want it for looks then by all means get the sawzall out but it isn't going to be very functional without a lot of work

In conclusion... if you really want 35 there will be alot of cutting/chopping... if you have lots of $$$ go SAS.. if you going for looks bracket lift; i heard you can wheel it but I heard its not reliable.
