I should have done this earlier. Thought someone would have kicked things off earlier, but such is life. I'll do better.

For me, I got one of those Prado 150 snorkels. Shipper (let's call him 'friend', as he's called me that about 10 times in ebay messages thus far) forgot to send the snorkel head and the tube that connects to the airbox. Not like it was going to be installed right away, I guess. Went with this one instead of the Safari because of how much slimmer it is, and because my internetting tells me it will do well as long as its installed correctly and not beaten to shit.

Got some cool stuff from my SS (coffee, jerkey, bottle cooler and treats for my pups), but my wife and kids got me the ADD front and rear bumpers for my Raptor. Wife said, it was feeling "neglected" after all the work I've done on "Frosty" - just need a winch for it now (maybe another 10s or possibly a 12s).

its a mini amplifier
if you have an aftermarket alpine headunit, this plugs right into your harnesses and delivers 45 watts rms to each speaker. Most aftermarket headunits only deliver about 15-20watts rms. I upgraded the front speakers and just wasn't happy with the performance at higher volumes. Yes there's other amplifier options out there but I'm too old to rip the interior apart and rewire things. This plugged right into the wiring harness and i tucked it away behind the headunit.

I got the flu for Christmas!
There were no festivities for me.

No 4Runner stuff this time. Got Trailhead deflators last year.

Last year I had a high tech-low tech Christmas when I received a pipe wrench and an amateur radio transceiver.

This year was similar with a torque wrench and a Smart Watch. When things get too complicated and frustrating I go to the low tech tools. When I hurt myself trying to use the tools, I play with the High Tech stuff. Best of both worlds.
